Sticky Spicy Ginger - Soy Cauliflower
The humble cauliflower... there's so much you can do to it other than boil it!
Method
Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Chop the cauliflower into bit sized florets.
Prepare the batter. First mix the flour and water until smooth. Then add the rest of the batter ingredients and mix again.
Coat each cauliflower floret in batter and place on a baking tray.
Bake for 25 mins, until they are brown and crispy, turning half way.
While the cauliflower is cooking mix the sauce ingredients together and chop the chillis. (And cook the rice, if you are serving your dish with rice.)
When the cauliflower is cooked remove it from the oven. Then heat some oil in a large frying pan.
Add the chillis. Cook for a couple of minutes. Now add the sauce. When the sauce starts to thicken add in the cauliflower and stir until all the florets are covered. Serve straight away.
