Melanie's 'Popeye' Shake

Rich in Omega 3s, vitamins and minerals, this smoothie is simply delicious!

Method

This smoothie is delicious - sweet without being too sweet... and really, something as yummy as this shouldn't be this good for you!

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve. Enjoy!

Per person:

Approx 3/4 of a glass of almond, soya, or regular milk. Ensure they are cold!

Approx 6 strawberries, topped.

A couple of handfuls of blueberries.

A good handful of spinach (50-70g approx)

2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
