Celeriac and Apple Soup

A deliciously warming and sweet soup. So easy to make!


1. Peel and cube the celeriac and apple.

2. Place in saucepan and add enough stock to comfortably cover.

3. Bring to the boil.

4. Turn down the heat and simmer until soft. (approx 15 minutes).

5. Pour into a blender and blend until it is smooth.

6. Season, serve and enjoy!
