Beef Frying Steak (300g) - Grass-fed and reared on our farm in Newquay. Perfect for stir fries and similar.
Chicken, Breasts (2) - Cornish and free-range.
Unsmoked Sliced Ham - Cornish.
Feeds 2-3 people approx.
All weights and quantities are approximate.
If you wish to substitute anything out (either on a permanent basis or just for one week) please email us - help@realfoodbox.co.uk - before your order deadline and we will gladly swap something else in.
